During my recent stay, I had the chance to experience a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. Located in the amazing Farellones region, the views from the Andes Mountains cascading into the Santiago valley were an absolute highlight. Despite a city-wide power outage, the staff's responsiveness, particularly Carolina, was commendable. Their friendly demeanor and prompt communication made the situation manageable, demonstrating their dedication to guest satisfaction. The guesthouse offered ample showers and comfortable bathrooms, while my room was larger than anticipated, providing a pleasant retreat after a day's adventure. A recommendation : consider bringing groceries, as local supplies can be limited. If you plan to ski, it's beneficial to have a car for accessing La Parva and Valle Nevada. A basic level of Spanish would also enhance your experience.
